By accessing and using Baking Achieved services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Baking Achieved provides custom baking services including but not limited to wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pastries, and other baked goods in the Houston, Texas area.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders require advance notice (minimum 48 hours for standard items)
• Custom cakes require 1-2 weeks notice depending on complexity
• Payment is due at time of order confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund

5. Delivery

Delivery fees apply based on distance from our location. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Baking Achieved liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
